PROMOTION DESCRIPTION

Invited PlayLive! Casino Patrons who end their day in a Net Loss of $100 or more will receive a bonus equal to 20% of their net losses, up to a $200 bonus.

Patrons may play any available and enabled games, excluding Live Dealer, to count towards their Net Losses

The Bonus Back will be calculated based on a Patron’s Net Losses on the calendar day they begin to wager on

Players must experience a net loss of at least $100 to qualify for the promotion.

Patrons whose days end in a Net Win will not qualify for this promotion.

Bonus funds will be awarded to qualifying patron accounts on the next calendar day from when they initially wagered by 10am.

The bonus will carry a 5x wager requirement.

This offer can be redeemed once during each promotional period.

All Bonuses must be claimed prior to the end of each promotional period.

ELIGIBILITY

This promotion is available to invited PlayLive! Casino patrons with an active account in good standing.

Patrons who have consented to email marketing will receive an email invitation, and/or push message, to this promotion.

Self-excluded accounts and accounts with bonus restrictions are not eligible.



ACTION REQUIRED

Invited PlayLive! Casino Patrons who end their day in a Net Loss of $100 or more will receive a bonus equal to 20% of their net losses, up to a $200 bonus.

Bonus will be calculated based on the net losses incurred and capped at the maximum of $200.

Players must experience a loss of at least $100 to qualify for the promotion.

Patrons whose days end in a Net Win will not qualify for this promotion.



CLAIMING PROMOTIONAL OFFER

Bonuses will be automatically added to a Patron’s account by 10am on the next calendar day after their first wager should that period end in a Net Loss

In rare cases, the Bonus may take up to 15 minutes to be awarded

Patrons will have 14 days from when the Bonus is awarded to meet the meet the Wagering Requirements

If the wagering requirement is not met in this time period, any remaining bonus and winnings from the Bonus will be removed from the account

LIMITATIONS ON PARTICIPATION

This promotion is valid at PlayLive! Casino only.

This offer may only be redeemed once during each Promotional Period

Patrons not invited to the promotion are ineligible.

Patrons not opted into receiving marketing communications are ineligible

Patrons whose day ends in a net win are ineligible

Wagers made on Live Dealer games will not factor into a player’s net win or loss

Must be physically located in Pennsylvania to claim this promotion

Patrons who demonstrate a clear pattern of violating game integrity with their betting habits and play strategy will be restricted from participation in promotional offers or their account may be suspended.

Patrons may participate in multiple promotions at any given time; however, they may only contribute to Bonus Wagering Requirements for one Bonus at a time. Bonus awarding and Bonus Wagering Requirement contribution will be prioritized by PlayLive!

If a Patron opts in for multiple promotions, other actions (for example, deposit, gameplay, login) may lead to disqualification or ineligibility for this promotion.

This promotion is limited to one per customer, meaning one per family, household address, IP Address, email address, telephone number, payment account number (e.g., debit or credit card, ACH, etc.), and electronic device (mobile phone, laptop, desktop computer, tablet, etc.).

Patrons with suspended or self-excluded accounts shall be ineligible to participate in this promotion and shall forfeit any claim to the used portion of the Bonus and any winnings from wagers funded by the Bonus.

All Licensed Team Members (Principal, Key License, G2, Gaming and Non-Gaming) are prohibited from participation.

Key and Principal license holders for PlayLive! affiliates are also prohibited.

In the event that PlayLive! Casino deems in its sole and absolute discretion that a Patron has violated these Terms and Conditions, the general promotional Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions of PlayLive! Casino, or has otherwise committed an act of bad faith in any way, such Patrons shall be ineligible to participate in this Promotion and shall forfeit any claim to the used portion of the Bonus and any winnings from wagers funded by the Bonus.



WAGERING REQUIREMENTS

The bonus is subject to a 5x wagering requirement.

Wagers on selected games do not count in full towards the achievement of the Wagering Requirement:

Slots = 100%

Table games (including Roulette & Video Poker) = 10%

Live Dealer Games = 0%

For example, a $2 wager on a Slot Game will result in a $2 wager towards the Wagering Requirements, while a $2 wager on a Roulette Game will result in a $0.20 wager towards the requirements.

Wagers consisting of multiple fund types (i.e., restricted wallet and cash wallet) will entirely be applied toward Wagering Requirement fulfilment.

Any winnings from either Cash Wallet or Bonus Wallet will remain restricted until the Wagering Requirement has been met.

Only Cash Wallet wagers will contribute towards meeting all Qualification Criteria and Wagering Requirements. Bonus Wallet will not count toward meeting any Qualification Criteria and Wagering Requirements.

Live Dealer games do not contribute toward Bonus Wagering Requirements.



ORDER OF FUNDS USED FOR WAGERING

Our approach follows a "Cash First" model. This means that when placing a wager, available funds are used in the following order: 

Cash Wallet: Your primary wallet for deposits and withdrawals. 

Bonus Wallet: Promotional funds we may offer. 

How Winnings Are Disbursed

All Cash Wagers: Winnings from bets placed entirely from cash wallet will be returned to your Cash Wallet.

All Bonus Wagers: Winnings from bets placed entirely from bonus wallet will be returned to your Bonus Wallet.

Split Wagers (Cash & Bonus): Winnings from bets that use both cash and bonus wallet will be distributed up to the cash amount wagered



ELIGIBLE GAMES

Patrons’ play on all games, excluding live dealer, will be counted towards their Net Win/Loss

Patrons may use their Bonus on any games that are available and enabled at the time of redemption, excluding Live Dealer games.



WITHDRAWAL RESTRICTIONS

A withdrawal request cannot be requested while a bonus is active and subject to wagering requirements. To initiate a withdrawal, the player must first forfeit the bonus within the "My Bonus Activity" section under “My Account.”

All funds, including new deposits not associated with the original bonus and/or winnings from both 'cash' and 'bonus' wallets, will be restricted from withdrawals until all wagering requirements related to the bonus are met, even if the new deposits are not associated with the original bonus.

Wagers consisting of multiple fund types (i.e., bonus wallet and cash wallet) will entirely be applied toward Wagering Requirement fulfilment.



CANCELLATION

Patrons who wish to cancel after initiating bonus may do so by visiting their “My Bonus Activity” tab and selecting “Remove Bonus”. 

Upon initiating a bonus cancellation request, patrons will be presented with a confirmation prompt detailing the specific amount of bonus funds and associated winnings to be forfeited. Confirmation of this amount is required prior to finalizing the bonus cancellation. 

PlayLive! Casino may decide, in its sole and absolute discretion, to amend, extend, or cancel the Promotion at any time with immediate effect 

Patrons whose Bonus has expired, or who remove their bonus, will forfeit any winnings from the use of this Bonus
