ACTION REQUIRED

Bonus Funds will be credited to eligible accounts immediately after wagering criteria is met
CLAIMING PROMOTIONAL OFFER
The bonus will be credited automatically to the patron's account once the wagering criteria is met.
In rare cases, the Bonus may take up to 15 minutes to be awarded
Patrons will have 14 days from when the Bonus are awarded to use them. Any remaining Bonus will be removed after this period.
Winnings from Bonus will expire 14-days after being awarded if Wagering Requirement is not met
If the wagering requirement is not met in this time period, any remaining bonus and winnings from the Bonus will be removed from the account

In the event that PlayLive! Casino deems in its sole and absolute discretion that a Patron has violated these Terms and Conditions, the general promotional Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions of PlayLive! Casino, or has otherwise committed an act of bad faith in any way, such Patrons shall be ineligible to participate in this Promotion and shall forfeit any claim to the used portion of the Bonus and any winnings from wagers funded by the Bonus.
WAGERING REQUIREMENTS
The Bonus will be subject to a 10x Wagering Requirement
Wagers on selected games do not count in full towards the achievement of the Wagering Requirement:
Slots = 100%
Table games (including Roulette & Video Poker) = 10%
Live Dealer Games = 0%
For example, a $2 wager on a Slot Game will result in a $2 wager towards the Wagering Requirements, while a $2 wager on a Roulette Game will result in a $0.20 wager towards the requirements.
Wagers consisting of multiple fund types (i.e., restricted wallet and cash wallet) will entirely be applied toward Wagering Requirement fulfilment.
Any winnings from either Cash Wallet or Bonus Wallet will remain restricted until the Wagering Requirement has been met.
Only Cash Wallet wagers will contribute towards meeting all Qualification Criteria and Wagering Requirements. Bonus Wallet will not count toward meeting any Qualification Criteria and Wagering Requirements.
Live Dealer games do not contribute toward Bonus Wagering Requirements.
ORDER OF FUNDS USED FOR WAGERING
Our approach follows a "Cash First" model. This means that when placing a wager, available funds are used in the following order:
Cash Wallet: Your primary wallet for deposits and withdrawals.
Bonus Wallet: Promotional funds we may offer.
How Winnings Are Disbursed
All Cash Wagers: Winnings from bets placed entirely from cash wallet will be returned to your Cash Wallet.
All Bonus Wagers: Winnings from bets placed entirely from bonus wallet will be returned to your Bonus Wallet.
Split Wagers (Cash & Bonus): Winnings from bets that use both cash and bonus wallet will be distributed up to the cash amount wagered
ELIGIBLE GAMES
Patrons may earn their Bonus by wagering $5 or more on any available and enabled game, excluding Live Dealer games.
Patrons may use the Bonus on any game(s) that are available and enabled at the time of redemption, excluding Live Dealer games
WITHDRAWAL RESTRICTIONS
Winnings derived from cash wagers shall be credited to the player’s cash balance. Winnings generated from bonus wagers shall be credited to the player’s bonus balance. Winnings stemming from a combination of cash and bonus wagers shall be allocated proportionally to each balance.
A withdrawal request cannot be requested while a bonus is active and subject to wagering requirements. To initiate a withdrawal, the player must first forfeit the bonus within the "My Bonus Activity" section under “My Account.”
All funds, including new deposits not associated with the original bonus and/or winnings from both 'cash' and 'bonus' wallets, will be restricted from withdrawals until all wagering requirements related to the bonus are met, even if the new deposits are not associated with the original bonus.
Wagers consisting of multiple fund types (i.e., bonus wallet and cash wallet) will entirely be applied toward Wagering Requirement fulfilment.
CANCELLATION
Patrons who wish to cancel after initiating bonus may do so by visiting their “My Bonus Activity” tab and selecting “Remove Bonus”.
Upon initiating a bonus cancellation request, patrons will be presented with a confirmation prompt detailing the specific amount of bonus funds and associated winnings to be forfeited. Confirmation of this amount is required prior to finalizing the bonus cancellation.
PlayLive! Casino may decide, in its sole and absolute discretion, to amend, extend, or cancel the Promotion at any time with immediate effect
Patrons whose Bonus has expired, or who remove their bonus, will forfeit any winnings from the use of this Bonus
